WORK TOWARDS BETTER NOT PERFECT

It’s impossible to stay 100% consistently perfect with our eating, our training, our focus 24/7. But the thing is nobody expects us to perfect, that’s just the expectation we put on ourselves. So if you fall of the wagon, miss one or two days training, eat too much of the wrong food that’s ok. We stray off the path sometimes, we’re human after all, the key is to be consistent most of the time. Just remember eating good makes you feel good, look good, and a 45 minute workout is less than 4% of your day….the body achieves what the mind believes.💃🕺💪
