This is a perfect breakfast smoothie as the healthy fats will fill you up until lunchtime. Also great for when you don’t have much time to prepare something!
- Frozen spinach & kale
- Frozen berries
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- Half cup of almond milk or water
As simple as blending all together in a processor or blender KIDS!
