T-KID SUPER DUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE POP!πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ‘Œ

This is a perfect breakfast smoothie as the healthy fats will fill you up until lunchtime. Also great for when you don’t have much time to prepare something!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla protein powder.
  • Frozen spinach & kale
  • Frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • Half cup of almond milk or water

Method:

As simple as blending all together in a processor or blender KIDS!
