Crazy how easy it is to pile on the weight and especially how long it takes to notice something needs to be sorted, even when people hint at it. I’ve always been really into training but my diet was never that good, especially at the weekends. My injuries were piling on and so was the weight (causing each to happen more). I knew something needed to happen and so went to The Transformation KID (Terrell) to help get my diet and weight back into check and into some sort of decent shape! Glad I did would recommend to anyone looking results no matter what they be when it comes to fitness!
