LEAN TERIYAKI TURKEY BURGERS

Ingredients :

⁃           lean turkey mince

⁃           Soy sauce

⁃           sweet chilli sauce

⁃           Egg

⁃           Sesame seeds

⁃           Ice berg lettuce

⁃           Tomatoes, Spring onion

–      Add a bap (whole meal as optional if you want to bulk up your calories)

 

Whisk up an egg in a bowl & add in the turkey mince. Add in a tablespoon of soy sauce & a table spoon of sweet chilli sauce. Mix together & start to make your burger patties. Roll the burger patties in the sesame seeds & fry in the pan (using a low fat spray such as Spray Light). Once cooked right through serve in an iceberg lettuce bun topped with sliced tomato & chopped Spring onion.👌🔥
