⁃ 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

⁃ 200g raw almonds

⁃ 7 large pitted dates

⁃ Zest & juice of an orange

⁃ 20g dark chocolate


⁃ in a food processor, blend the protein powder, almonds, dates, orange zest & juice. Blend until it forms a sticky dough with chunks of nut.

⁃ Take small pieces from the mixture & roll into small balls.

⁃ Place the balls onto a plate & leave in the fridge for 10minutes to firm them.

⁃ While the balls are in the fridge, melt the chocolate in either the microwave or in a heatproof bowl above a pan of water on the stove.

⁃ Once chocolate is melted, dip half of each ball into it & place back onto the plate. They can also be decorated with orange zest or chopped nuts.

⁃ Leave to set again in the fridge until serving.

⁃ You should have around 8 balls from your mixture & these will last up to a week in the fridge.
