It doesn’t have to be hours upon hours in the gym, mixed with $#!T loads of chicken/rice/broccoli to see the best version of yourself possible. Make tiny change today, like going to the gym. Tomorrow cut out something bad like that extra sugar in your coffee. The day after that go out for a walk. Keep making these small changes, and make them a little more potent each and every time.
