HOW TO COOK

Preheat the oven to 180C. Throw sweet potatoes and red onions on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seed oil. Season with paprika, oregano, half the garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to coat.

Vegetarian Chilli Con Carne

Method :
– heat the pan with low fat cooking spray, add the chopped onions, once they start to brown, add in the chopped pepper.
– after a few minutes add the garlic & spices. Throw in the whole tin of chopped tomatoes, drain the kidney beans & add this in also.
– Allow to simmer before adding in the quorn mince. Allow to cook for 10minutes and mix in the chopped coriander before you serve with a small side of rice.
