Brian came to me having reached a stage in his life where he just wanted it to change in all aspects (too much much partying, and not looking after himself). I said to him on our initial consultation he had the ability to be the best if he followed my every instruction…and going by this 3 weeks progress picture he’s well on target to make that a reality. Brian had 3 very specific goals/requirements he wanted met. No 1 He wanted a knowledge of nutrition so that he could know how to eat healthy/wisely for the rest of this life. No 2 He wanted to know how to not only train optimally, but safely as well. No 3 He wanted to obtain a strong but athletic natural look to his physique.
