12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
As a personal trainer I find it imperative that my clients learn. It’s not about singing up to a quick fix that you’ll just bounce back to where you started once you’re done with there transformation. A transformation is for the long haul, a lifestyle change that should stay with you over the years.
This young lady (and mother of two beautiful children) who shall remain nameless (aka KID DC…..because she looks like a Super hero!!) has clearly knocked this Transformation out of the park (down just short of 2 stone of body fat, whilst adding loads of healthy muscle), and now dawns the figure of someone who looks like she could be on the set of the next Wonder Woman film. She leaves me capable to keep going with his new lifestyle that I have provided him. Having been to personal trainers before, tried countless classes, and every diet under the sun, to see her achieve such an amazing result makes me so happy….proud father moment.
