I’d like to introduce this beautiful young lady who shall remain nameless. This delightful young lady that i have had the pleasure of helping achieve her goal of losing weight, using healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes (that she can continue to use for the foreseeable future). 12 weeks can have such a positive impact, when you have a plan to follow.
Fat loss – 2 stone 1lbs (a mixture of deep fat adipose tissue, bodily toxins, and water retention).
Muscle mass added – 10lbs (increased exponentially due to muscle memory).
