Ok I’d like to introduce you all to the most beautifu/opulent/charismatic lady Tasha Dempster (aka KID THE BOOOOOOTY CUTY!!💃💃💃💃💃💪🔥💁♀️😆). Tasha came for a healthy overhaul, and I told her she’ll get it…..cause we is on a mission!!💪💪💪💪💪💪🔝😆
Weight loss – 1 stone 8lbs (a mixture of body fat, water retention, and toxins).
Muscle mass added – 10lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water muscle cell mass).
VO2 Max – greatly increased due to a combination of tailored MRT circuits, short burst high intensity cardio, and full use of all the training systems during resistance training.
Tasha is a perfect example of how a lot of the time standing on the scales can be demoralising. Sometimes they just don’t showcase a true representation of how much body fat has reduced, and how much lean muscle can be added simultaneously with the correct management of eating/exercise. But it’s evident to see when her body fat readings were taken, just how much it did reduce. Moral if the story is please don’t let the scales demotivate you, or even stop you from reaching your goals….because a lot of the time, they just ain’t right.
