I’d like to introduce this guy Jason (aka KID JASON BOURNE…KID JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS…AND KID JASON MCLEEEEEEAN MACHINE!!!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪👊🔥😝). Jason started the T-Kid Body Guide as he wanted to get in some shape, and feel healthy. The young hunk of a man had like many got stuck in a rut of unhealthy eating, and no exercise. And as a tattoo artist who is lurched over the majority of the day with very little movement, these two things were going to lead to a very poor future filled with back problems, and much more hadn’t he started a new path.
STATISTICS – Body fat decreased, muscle mass up. Along with increased mood, better sleep, and more energy. Thinking clearer, faster, and more positive…think that covers it!🕺
Well well well would ya check out Mr Bourne…Matt Damon’s new stunt double has went and kicked up a storm….one that has blew away the old Jason’s body fat, tiredness, weak core muscles, and Monster caffeine addiction into oblivion….now stands an athlete/hero ready to take on any mystical beast that stands in his path!!💪👊🔥😝
Wow in all seriousness though I am so happy for Jason (who might I add is my tattoo artist, and on top of his game. Check out Studio 16 to see some of the work) for starting this. Whilst taking this picture along with his other statistics he was telling me that he’s feeling amazing, strong, and more focused than ever. And more importantly for a man who’s been in and out of the gym for years, not ever really knowing what he was doing, or seeing great results. He now feels confident & knowledgeable to keep going, and keep on gaining for the foreseeable future….speaking of watch this space for the man 12 week progress shot it’s gonna blow your mind!!!💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💻🤯
