She came to see me because she was sick & tired of feeling lazy, with no go in her, and just unhealthy. One of the main reasons people come to me these days…we all just want to feel healthier, happier, and a little more comfortable within ourselves.

 

STATISTICS

 

Fat loss – 2 stone 9 lbs (a mixture of deep fat adipose tissue, bodily toxins, and water retention).

 

Muscle mass added – 13 lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water retention/muscle cell mass).

 

VO2 Max – Greatly increased due to a combination of high/low intensity cardiovascular activity, and specially designed  circuits.

 

OVERVIEW

 

Well fast forward 12 weeks and I’d say we most definitely have a more than successful job done…happier, healthier, stronger both mentally & physically, and looking amazing!💃💪👌 This young lady has made great changes, and not only for now, but for the foreseeable future. She’s more than happy o keep at her new lifestyle format, and wouldn’t want to go back to the way she lived before. From someone who never used to visit the gym, or cook healthy meals, now stands someone who loves the gym, and can cook up a healthy storm….I applaud thee for being a total healthy/motivational winner!👏🙌🥦💪💃👌❤️
