I’d like to introduce my main man Chris McAuley (aka KID BEASTMODE HAS BEGUNETH!!💪💪💪💪💪👊🔥). Chris came to me like many that have done it before, got in shape, and lost the body fat. He had used methods that worked to provide great results in terms of aesthetics, but instead this time around wanted to try something sustainable as a longterm healthy lifestyle change. Especially as it was coming up to Christmas/New Year the time we all want to let our hair down a little!🥂🍾🍻🕺 A trying to time to get ones self into good shape, but by no means impossible. Fat loss – 2 stone 7lbs (a mixture of deep fat adipose tissue, bodily toxins, and water retention).
Muscle mass added – 10lbs (a mixture of deep muscle striation tissue, and water retention/muscle cell mass. Also increased exponentially due to muscle memory).
VO2 Max – Greatly increased due to a combination of high/low intensity cardiovascular activity, and specially designed circuits.
Well I’m having another one of those proud father moments!!💪💪💪💪👊🕺Chris was a pleasure to work with and has become a good friend over the duration I have known him. He got exactly what he wanted in terms of a maintainable path that lead him not only to a healthier life, whilst still getting to enjoy his weekends/festive season. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t all partying and bad food, mostly it was healthy eating (as this is what a healthy lifestyle is), and working out like a boss in & outside the gym….which he did, this man trains like a BOSS!!💪💪💪👊 So it was only rightfully so that he achieved this amazing result!!🔝🔝🔝🔝💻🔥
