As Transformation Specialist I find it imperative that my clients learn. It’s not about singing up to a quick fix that you’ll just bounce back to where you started once you’re done with there transformation. A transformation is for the long haul, a lifestyle change that should stay with you over the years.
This young man did do 12 weeks, and knocked it out of the park (down just short of 3 stone of body fat), but leaves me capable to keep going with his new lifestyle that I have provided him. Having been to personal trainers before and seeing no real results, this man was well deserving of such a great result.
To me It’s all about being strong, healthy, and able to continue how you started for the long term KIDS.
