They call me the Transformation Kid, but nowadays I get T-KID more often, and it sorta stuck!
My aim in life is to get as many people healthy as possible, as quick as I can. How do I do that, well it’s simple… .I give you the knowledge, and a simple structure that’s easy to follow, to do so. Modern day society is hectic, fast paced, and it leaves us all struggling to find time to look after ourselves, and our families. So it’s easy to get lost in a whole host of bad habits, like quick convenience foods, sitting in front of the tv, and not exercising to name a few. Unfortunately they can gather up real easy over the years, leaving us in that little unhappy place…unhappy with our bodies, our lazy mindset, and with no go in us.
