They call me the Transformation Kid, but nowadays I get T-KID more often, and it sorta stuck!

 My aim in life is to get as many people healthy as possible, as quick as I can. How do I do that, well it’s simple… .I give you the knowledge, and a simple structure that’s easy to follow, to do so. Modern day society is hectic, fast paced, and it leaves us all struggling to find time to look after ourselves, and our families. So it’s easy to get lost in a whole host of bad habits, like quick convenience foods, sitting in front of the tv, and not exercising to name a few. Unfortunately they can gather up real easy over the years, leaving us in that little unhappy place…unhappy with our bodies, our lazy mindset, and with no go in us.

It can be quick, enjoyable, and make you feel like a million bucks quicker than you think. My format is based on fitting into the modern day persons life. So it’s all about quick convenient workouts that revolve around your lifestyle (which can all be done at home, or in the gym to suit individual needs), and easy prepped foods that can be found anywhere. People don’t have time these days for long workouts, complicated, expensive shopping lists, or meal ideas that you need a chef a 5 star chef to help you cook them.

Over the years having found that my professional career as a personal trainer has been a great tool in helping me to build my knowledge in nutrition, and exercise. This has allowed me to create a very successful Online Transformation business, that has to date helped over 10,000 people. It’s something I’m very proud of, invested in, and committed to making it part of many more people’s lives in the future.
